1.Preparation of the products:- Boil the carrots and the eggs for about 10 minutes
- In a bowl put the mince add the salt and other spices. Then soak the bread slices, crush them and add them to the mince. Add one raw egg.

2. Take aluminum foil and place it over a flat surface. Spread the mince over it in shape of rectangular, 1 cm thick. In the middle arrange a row of pickles, carrots, and eggs above them.
3. Now it comes the hardest part - rolling. Do not try to twist the roll because it will break. Roll the mince as thigh as possible.
4. For baking, I will recommend you to take the oven tray. Bake the Meatloaf Stefanie in preheat oven at 200 C for about 40 min.
5. The meal is ready. The last step is to put some grated cheese on it and leave it in the hot switched off oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
6. Serve the roll sliced and as I mentioned above with garnish like potatoes or season salad.
Another main dish you can consider trying cooking from the Bulgarian cuisine is Moussaka - delicious meal with potatoes and mince.
