Caramel cream

Caramel cream is the favorite dessert of small and big, easy to prepare and suitable for inexperienced cookers. 

Time for preparing 50 minutes and the recipe suits for 6 servings. 


Ingredients:

  • Milk - 600 ml
  • Eggs - 4 
  • Sugar - 2 cups 
  • Vanilla - 2 pieces 
For the caramel:
  • Sugar - 6 tablespoons 
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon 
  • Water - 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the milk. Beat again until the sugar is melted. 
  2. Take a pan. Mix the sugar, water, and lemon juice. Put on the stove to boil. Stir constantly until golden brown. The caramel is ready
  3. Take little bowls to spread the caramel. Then put the egg mixture. 
  4. Time for baking, the scariest thing. Bake in a water bath in preheated 130 C oven. The important part here is the water not to boil because the caramel will become soggy. 
  5. The caramel cream is ready when it gets the mouthwatering crust. 
  6. Serve with a ball of ice cream aside.
